“We pride ourselves on our ethical approach to everything that we do”

Social Responsibility

With clients across the country, we see how organisations are affected by global trends including the growing population, rapid urbanisation, limited resources & climate change.

Responsibility to business and society has been a part of our role since our inception and we remain committed to making a positive impact through our own actions. We pride ourselves on our ethical approach to everything that we do. We support our people in embedding social responsibility in the work they do and the decisions they make. Being socially responsible is about being accountable for the impacts of our decisions and activities on society and the environment through transparent and ethical behavior. Our efforts focus around four priority areas where we believe we can make a difference: our business; our people; our communities; and our environment.

Accountability - We hold ourselves accountable for our impacts on society, the environment and the economy. Our internal audit program ensures we stay true to our word, and where possible, we seek certification to relevant standards.

Transparency - We aim to be open about our decisions and activities that we know are likely to have, an impact on society, the environment and the economy. We make our social responsibility commitment public information, available to all colleagues, contractors, clients and the general public.

Ethical Behavior - We aim to act ethically in everything we do. We have robust structures in place to ensure we act ethically. Our Business Ethics, Behavior and values define how we act.

Respect for Human Rights - We respect human rights, and promote the rights set out in the International Bill of Human Rights.

Respect for Stakeholder Interests - We aim to be inclusive and actively identify and engage with key stakeholders in the development of our organisational commitment, corporate planning and direction. We seek input from a broad range of people regardless of background, race, caste, social or ethnic origin, religion, nationality, age, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, maternity, union membership or political affiliation. We respect, consider and respond to the interests of our stakeholders, as well as the broader expectations of society and to sustainable development.
